The SE is the final upgrade state for both DSD-SR and DNP-SR units.
The DSD-SR SE has the input and DAC boards replaced with brand new ones and features a new DSD modulator design.
The output board and power supplies are also upgraded.

Please note that the DTR connectors on both DNP and DSD have been changed
to a shielded 8-pin design, so the older 10-pin cable no longer works.
There is a new 8-pin cable (that sounds amazing),
with the new 8-pin DTR ports it is possible to use any ethernet LAN cable that is shielded
and has metal grounded connectors on both ends. This usually is the case with LAN cables specified at CAT7 and above.
