SHIPPING AND FEES

Shipping of orders is done on a daily basis on weekdays, from Monday to Friday included. For all orders valued under €500 we ask for participation in the shipping and handling costs. For all orders above €500 all the costs will be covered by BELHiFi. This is valid for all orders for new equipment within Europe and weighing 32.5kg at most. For second hand products or customer trade-in we will always charge a transport fee, case by case, depending on size and weight of the product. For all other countries and for very heavy products other prices are applicable. Please contact us by phone or email before ordering in case you can’t find your country in the list or when the product appears to be more than 32.5kg (it will be mentioned).

All our orders are normally processed by DPD. Depending on the size and weight of the box we might decide to use DPD or a different carrier service. In case you want BELHiFi to use a specific courier, all the costs related to the transport will be covered by the customer, even for offers over €500. Please contact us before ordering if you want a specific service. BELHiFi will send the ordered products to the address provided by the customer during the order process.

All our orders can be picked up personally at our shop/auditorium in Meise. This is only possible on appointment after our approval. You need to make an appointment first by email or phone.
