All products in the BELHiFi/Colab store are covered by at least a one year warranty, most products are covered by a two year warranty. Special warranty periods will be mentioned on the product page in the webshop, we cannot be held accountable for incorrect warranty periods. Vacuum tubes are never under warranty. In case your product has an issue during the warranty period it will be repaired free of charge taking into account the European guidelines on this matter.
In case a product breaks down you can return the defect unit to us. All products have to be returned in the original box/wrapping. Damage to the unit(s) because of the lack of proper and original packaging is not covered by BELHiFi/Colab and it is your responsibility. (see returning goods)
If you during the warranty period want to return a product for repair, please contact us by email before sending us the unit in its original box. We will communicate how to proceed by email. All costs related to sending back the defect unit are for your account, not BELHiFi/Colab’s. The only exception to this is when the unit arrived dead on arrival, in that case you should contact us immediately after having received the goods.
BELHiFi/Colab will send the goods to the address supplied during the buying process. If this data turns out to be incorrect, the customer and not BELHiFi/Colab is responsible for the delivery and/or extra costs to get the unit to the correct address.
The reliability of the BELHiFi/Colab webshop is most important to us, it however always is possible that wrong information finds its way to the webshop. BELHiFi/Colab cannot be held responsible for any wrong information published on Belhifi.com and Belhifi can modify the data at any time. BELHiFi/Colab cannot be held responsible for any damage, direct or indirect, for the damage resulting in the use of the BELHiFi website and the information on it.
A disruption during the use of the BELHiFi website won’t lead to BELHiFi/Colab paying any compensation. BELHiFi/Colab is not responsible for any disruptions during the use of the BELHiFi/Colab webshop.
All use of pictures, references or hyperlinks on the BELHiFi webshop, that are not property of BELHiFi/Colab, are only for informational purposes. We can’t guarantee the correctness of this information and BELHiFi isn’t accountable for the use of that information.
BELHiFi/Colab points out that all images, brands, logo’s, company names, maps and texts are protected by copyright laws. Use of these images, brands, logo’s, company names, maps and texts is only allowed after agreement of the owner of these.
All prices are for one piece, including 21% VAT, unless mentioned otherwise in the product description. If an incorrect price should be online on Belhifi.com, BELHiFi/Colab has the right to change it at any time (before and even after ordering) without alerting the customers and surfers.
SHIPPING AND FEES
Shipping of orders is done on a daily basis on weekdays, from Monday to Friday included. For all orders valued under €500 we ask for participation in the shipping and handling costs. For all orders above €500 all the costs will be covered by BELHiFi/Colab. This is valid for all orders within Europe and weighing 32.5kg at most. For all other countries and for very heavy products other prices are applicable. Please contact us by phone or email before ordering in case you can’t find your country in the list or when the product appears to be more than 32.5kg (it will be mentioned).
All our orders are normally processed by DPD. Depending on the size and weight of the box we might decide to use DPD or a different carrier service. In case you want BELHiFi/Colab to use a specific courier, all the costs related to the transport will be covered by the customer, even for offers over €500. Please contact us before ordering if you want a specific service. BELHiFi/Colab will send the ordered products to the address provided by the customer during the order process.

All our orders can be picked up personally at our auditorium in Meise. This is only possible on appointment after our approval. You need to make an appointment first by email or phone.
If the unit doesn’t meet your expectations you can return it to BELHiFi/Colab. To do this you have 14 days as European law states on condition that the product is in perfect shape and is sent back in the original packaging including all the supplied extras. The only exception to this rule is the so called in ear headphone where we cannot accept return because of hygienical reasons.
If you want to return your order, you have to send us an email within 14 days after receiving the shipment. To do this you can use our contact form and in return we will contact you to explain the procedure to follow. When returning orders all costs for shipping back the box are tob e paid by the customer. The only exception to this is when the goods are dead on arrival. The returned shipment has to reach us within 10 days. Your payment will be reimbursed within 14 days after reception of the returned sending. In case of a defect please follow the general procedure for shipping back goods (contact us first)
Damage because of (incorrect) use or missing or bad packaging will be deducted of the amount that has to be returned. All returned goods will be inspected by BELHiFi/Colab immediately upon reception. BELHiFi/Colab is the only one allowed to analyze return shipments and to make a decision to (partially) deduct the amount - to fix the returned unit - from the to be returned amount. Should there be any disagreement over the to be returned amount the competent judicial authority will decide over it. We will however do our best to solve this together with you first.
